Rope Access
Rope access is our most requested high-rise service: a way to reach windows and façade elements that are impossible or impractical to access with scaffolding, swing stages, or lifts. Our certified technicians rig from the rooftop and descend on ropes, working section by section across the building's face.
Because there's no scaffolding to erect or lift to position, rope access causes far less disruption to tenants, sidewalks, and building operations than other high-rise methods — and it can reach tight, irregular, or architecturally complex façades that larger equipment simply can't.
